Journey to Restoration - A trauma informed game of reflection, release, grounding, support, and return.

Journey to Restoration is not a game of winning. It is an invitation into honest conversation, gentle self reflection, and meaningful connection. Designed for individuals, small groups, healing spaces, ministry settings, family circles, and community gatherings, this experience creates room for players to move at their own pace and engage only as deeply as they choose.

Rooted in care, consent, and emotional safety, Journey to Restoration helps players explore what they are carrying, what they are ready to release, where they need support, and how they can return to themselves with more compassion.

Before play begins, participants are invited into shared agreements that honor silence, choice, and personal boundaries. No one is forced to share. No one is asked to fix another person’s pain. Every player is reminded that gentle talk always counts and Gentle Exit is always available.

The game includes four card decks that guide the journey through grounding, release, pause and rest, and threshold moments. Players move through the board using journey tokens and movers, responding to prompts that encourage presence, reflection, and care.
