At its center is the You Are Allowed to Rest wooden board, offering quiet permission to stop without expectation. Two wooden tokens, Stop Here and Come Back Later, may be used to name what feels true in the moment.

The fabric pouches offer a suggested way to store the tokens.

A single lidded candle is included as a choice. Light it only if it supports your pause. The practice does not depend on flame.
